WILL I CHOOSE YOU AGAIN?

I love this beautiful song "Suddenly" by the great R&B singer Billy Ocean. Part of the lyrics that interests me is " if I had to do it all again, I  wouldn't change a thing coz this love is everlasting.......you wake up suddenly you're in love " . .... This part gives me the feeling that if some people had to do it all again, they will do it with the same person.

 This got me thinking about marriage. Some people get married, and a few years down the line, you hear statements like I  should never have married him/her, I have heard people say different things.  A lady once said to me that her husband says she is no longer the woman he married..   and I have heard some say like Billy Ocean "I  wouldn't change a thing " like they say different strokes for different folks.

 This is a no judgement zone and everyone's experience/s  and opinion is respected. These views, however,  do not represent my views and opinions. I asked some people if they had the chance to do it all again would you choose your present spouse? I also asked some single people what qualities they want in their future spouses.

I had a telephone conversation with Mrs A,  and she said" let me process this thing in my mind but talking to you right now, if I had to do it all again, I will not marry at all." In a conversation with Mr  B who has been married for 10 years, he said " my wife is intelligent, focused, understanding and God-fearing these are the qualities that endeared her to me, so I will marry her if I had to do it again".

In a candid conversation with Mrs  C, she said an emphatic  No .when I asked why? She replied", If  I  had to do it again, I will marry a  very wealthy man o., Mrs  C  has been married for 13 years .we will continue this series with other no holds barred responses. Make it a date!
